WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
All items are handmade to order. Current lead time is 5–10 working days plus delivery time, unless otherwise stated.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
UK orders are sent via Royal Mail.
International orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed.
Free delivery (where offered) is sent via Royal Mail Second Class.
HOW DO I PROVIDE THE DETAILS FOR MY FRAME?
Please enter your names or wording in the “Personalised Text” box when placing your order. Please double-check all spelling before submitting.
HOW DO I CLEAN MY ITEM?
Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaners.
CAN I REQUEST A BESPOKE ORDER?
Yes — bespoke requests are welcome. Please email hello.lana@craftymonkeyshop.co.uk and we’ll be happy to help.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
As all items are personalised and made to order, they are non-refundable.
If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please email hello.lana@craftymonkeyshop.co.uk for a replacement or refund.
